 Q – How do I book with you?

A – You can book with us by using the easy to use online booking portal when you click on the Book Now icons on the website or you can speak to one of our friendly team on 07883165095. 

Q – Do you offer discounts for longer bookings?

A – Yes, absolutely. Our booking system is set up to offer discounts for longer bookings.

Q – What are your terms and conditions for each stay?

A – Our terms and conditions will be sent out to you and must be signed before each stay. They are also detailed at the bottom of the website.

Q – What are check in and check out times?

A – Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am. If you require an earlier check in or later check out then please contact us on 07883165095 or [email protected] and we will see if we are able to accommodate any requests.

Q – Can I extend my stay?

A – We will reach out to you during your stay to make sure everything is OK. We will also ask you if you are looking to extend so we are able to offer you a discounted rate. You are also able to reach out to us on 07883165095 or [email protected] where one of our friendly team will be able to assist you.

Q – What is the check in process?

You will be e mailed your check in instructions 3 hours before your check in time. All check ins are contactless and you will be given a code to access a key lock for entry.

Q – What is the cancellation process?

A - Cancellations are non-refundable

Q – Do all properties come with washing facilities?

A – All properties come with washing facilities and most come with dryers too.

Q – Do you accept pets

A – We all love animals but unfortunately none of our properties are suitable for pets.

Q – Can you smoke in the properties

A – All properties are strictly no smoking and if a guest is found to have smoked during their stay then as per our terms and conditions there would be a charge made for the extra cleaning involved.
